The position is responsible for building and maintaining effective working relationships with our customer, ensuring a collaborative approach to deliver an exceptional workplace experience.
Responsibilities
· Coordinates : act as a link between a company’s facilities and its employees
· A facility coordinator oversee all aspects of facility services, including the administration of contractual services
· Deliver welcome services at the front reception desk
· Places orders for soft services with respect of the ISS procurement matrix
· Responsible for the on-site administration and Prepares the billing lists
· Coordinates all the FM services on site : washroom, janitorial, coffee & tea, water, post, fruit delivery, events, etc..
· Assists with card access system. Ensures an accurate record of all cards issued and delivered
· Collect all information about utilities : water/gas/electricity (environmental data)
· Keep the preventive maintenance planning of all the property installations, allow access for preventive intervention, inform the concerned stakeholders, work in close collaboration with the account KAM
· Any other FM task not listed on this document is welcome
Profile
· Fluent written and spoken English
· General knowledge and working knowledge of facilities maintenance and operation
· Ability to organize, prioritize and schedule tasks
· Ability to organize workflow and coordinate activities within the office and other departments
· Strong computer skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the Internet
· Strong interpersonal skills, including an ability to analyze and solve problems
· Ability to interact with diverse constituents (including suppliers, sub-contractors)
· Proven ability to work as a team member, but also make effective the information sharing.
· The ability to perform specialized technical work involving data collection, data analysis evaluation and troubleshooting, to be communicated and approved by the account KAM
· The ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations
